My name is Karla Labrador 

I am a Venezuelan-Peruvian artist based in London. I studied Fine Art at London Metropolitan University, where my visual language developed through experimentation, studio practice and being surrounded by other creatives. My time at university taught me to work intuitively, embrace uncertainty and let go of fixed expectations of what my work should be. I continue to develop my practice by exploring new possibilities through colour, form, detail and composition, allowing the work to evolve in unexpected directions.
